Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously, preparing and cooking food, and accurately packaging orders. All duties must adhere to the standards outlined in the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Greet every customer with a positive attitude and a smile. Strive for efficiency and accuracy in service, including filling orders within the mandated time, collecting payments accurately, delivering orders, and thanking customers.
• Manage cash register responsibilities, including opening and closing cash drawers, making cash drops, and maintaining security.
• Report any issues such as equipment problems or discrepancies to management promptly.
• Address customer complaints or concerns immediately, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot, exterior trash receptacles, dining area, service area, and restrooms.
• Ensure the Drive-Thru menu board is clean and accurate.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
