Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Description

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for Popeyes, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! Your role as a Crew Member involves serving guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; preparing and cooking food; and packaging orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner focused on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting positivity. Greet customers with a pleasant, enthusiastic smile. Strive for efficiency to meet speed and accuracy standards. Fill orders accurately within the mandated time. Collect payments, give correct change, and deliver orders politely. Manage cash drawer responsibly, including counting down at shift end and making cash drops. Address customer complaints promptly and notify management of issues. Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
• Training: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
