Popeyes Huntsville-Gurley Crew Member (Cashier / Cook / Prep / Pack) | Now Hiring

Join TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, in the Alabama market! We are hiring immediately for the role of Crew Member. Your responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, completed in a timely, clean, and organized manner to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, promote positivity, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Strive for efficiency, accuracy, and speed in service. Complete orders within mandated times, handle payments accurately, and deliver orders politely.
2. Cash Handling and Security: Manage cash register responsibly, perform cash drops, and maintain accurate cash amounts. Count cash at shift start and end, and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
3. Facility Maintenance: Keep the parking lot, exterior trash receptacles, drive-thru menu board, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms clean and inviting. Address any customer service issues promptly.

Prior restaurant experience is not required; we will train suitable candidates. Salary ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
