Responsibilities

1. Managing day-to-day operations, including controlling profit loss, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
2. Planning and ensuring the professional growth and development of management team and crew members.
3. Working with the general manager to meet and exceed store goals.
4. Maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and completing safety, cleaning, and operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and pass inspections.

Requirements

• Experience in salaried QSR or casual restaurant settings.
• Fryer experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to develop others.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and labor cost controls.
• Strategic planning and sales-driving techniques.

• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
