Position: Associate (Assistant) Manager

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit who value outstanding customer service for our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Associate Manager role.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing day-to-day operations, including controlling profit loss, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
2. Planning and ensuring the professional growth of the management team and crew members.
3. Collaborating with the general manager to meet and exceed store goals.
4. Maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and completing safety/cleaning/operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and passing inspections.

Requirements:

• Experience in salaried QSR or casual restaurant settings.
• Fryer experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to develop others.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and labor cost controls.
• Techniques in strategic planning and sales driving.
• Excellent customer service standards.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven reliability and high personal integrity.
