Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Sales Associate to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture driven brand. You'll provide outstanding customer service, share fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure an engaging in-store experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales at the register, maintaining visual standards, supporting stock room organization, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register and drive add-on sales (BOPIS, curbside pickup).
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft and ensure store security with team.
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Leader.
