BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver an engaging, fan-forward shopping experience in-store. You will share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store to maximize the in-store experience.

As part of the team, you’ll provide top-notch customer service, help drive sales at the register, and support planogram changes while maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment for shoppers and fans alike.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• You'll have to be at least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register and process sales transactions while promoting add-ons and curbside pickup where available.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
