Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver items promptly.
• Build connections with guests by providing genuine service and anticipating needs.
• Maintain a tidy and organized service area across pool, veranda, and patio.
• Replenish supplies and assist with setup/breakdown for service areas.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and support staff for smooth service across outdoor areas.
• Accurately take and process orders using the POS system (MICROS) during peak service periods.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams regarding requests, allergies, and timing.
• Maintain professionalism and guest-focused mindset in high-volume environments.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, including light maintenance or restocking.
