Job summary

Hotel Drover, a proud Autograph Collection® property in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Server to deliver Legendary Service with warm, attentive hospitality. You will know our menu, anticipate guest needs, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will work with the restaurant team to greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, upholding Drover’s commitment to genuine Texas hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a server in a high-volume casual or fine dining environment, hotel experience preferred.
• Valid TABC and Food Handler Certifications required.
• Flexible schedule—able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take and process orders accurately in MICROS POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain standards of service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and allergens to answer guest questions.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar teams regarding guest requests and timing.
