Job summary

Pyramid Valley Ho, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a poolside Food & Beverage service teammate in Scottsdale. You will assist pool servers and bartenders ensuring courteous, professional service to guests in a dynamic resort setting.

Role requires good physical condition, strong guest service orientation, and attention to detail. You will work as part of a collaborative team to maintain exemplary service and uphold safety standards on busy pool decks.

Qualifications

• Excellent physical condition to lift moderate weights and be on your feet for long periods.
• Strong desire to provide outstanding guest service.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills for guest questions and teamwork.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Well-groomed appearance according to company standards.
• Knowledge of safety practices including PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pool servers and bartenders to provide outstanding service.
• Adhere to service etiquette standards throughout pool experiences.
• Stock towels, paper products, and service ware at shift start.
• Provide prompt, friendly towel, misting and water service to guests.
• Assist in drink preparation and garnishing according to recipes.
• Move umbrellas and lounge chairs as requested by guests.
• Ensure pool areas are clean and organized; pick up litter as needed.
• Reset tables and lounge chairs after guests depart; restock towels.
