Qualifications

• Excellent physical condition to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and maintain safety.
• Familiarity with liquor policies and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive poolside service including towels, drinks, and clean setup.
• Restock items and ensure towels and amenities are readily available.
• Maintain a clean, orderly pool area and assist with guest requests.
• Assist in beverage preparation and garnish to standard recipes when needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and assist during emergencies.
• Support team with opening/closing duties and daily huddle updates.
• Attend scheduled trainings and contribute to a positive guest experience.
