Qualifications

• Restaurant servers are the primary point of contact for guests and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders, greet guests and answer menu questions.
• Process payments, maintain clean dining areas and ensure guest satisfaction throughout each visit.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders when clarification is requested.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables for larger parties.
