Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Recreation Attendant for the La Quinta Resort and Club. The role focuses on guest engagement, cleanliness of recreational areas, and providing memorable pool experiences.

You will work closely with housekeeping and the recreation team to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. The position requires a guest-service background, an energetic personality, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting guests with recreation options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role.
• Engaging and energetic personality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay goes well.
• Work as a team to enhance the guests experience.
• Maintain an active presence in recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available.
• Assist guests in identifying recreation options.
• Clean all areas per SOP.
• Set-up and break down the recreational areas.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
