Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available.
• Check in arriving guests to the pool area and identify them as hotel guests.
• Clean all pool areas per standard operating procedures.
• Set up and break down the pool area for daily operations.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and teammates.
