Responsibilities include preparing drinks to guest preferences, ensuring safety and compliance, and participating in busy periods. A friendly demeanor and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage is required, bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, glassware, and bar equipment; TIPS certification required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Create and recommend cocktails tailored to guest tastes.
• Ensure drinks meet quality and presentation standards.
• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide personalized service.
• Take drink orders and answer questions about the menu options.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Set up the bar at the start of each shift; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages; assist with restocking.
