Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a dedicated Bartender at Live! Arlington, TX to craft signature cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant bar setting.

You will engage guests, manage multiple drink orders, and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure seamless service while upholding quality and presentation standards. You should bring prior food & beverage experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of cocktails, glassware and bar equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required, bartending experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, glassware and bar equipment; TIPS or local certification required or able to obtain.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to deliver memorable experiences.
• Proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages following recipes and guest preferences.
• Create and suggest signature drinks tailored to guest tastes.
• Ensure drinks meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Greet guests warmly, engage with them, and provide personalized service.
• Take orders from guests and servers, answer questions about menu options.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and restock as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations.
