Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of F&B experience in luxury hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage items and pairings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver F&B service across beach, pool, and cabana areas with personalized guest experiences.
• Engage guests warmly and build relationships, recognizing returning guests.
• Know menus, specials, and beverages; guide guests and upsell appropriately.
• Take orders accurately, manage checks, and process transactions via POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and service area readiness; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with culinary/bar/resort teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold standards of professionalism and responsible alcohol service.
