Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Experience in a luxury environment or similar preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Health card and any required certification.
• English communication skills required (spoken and written).
• Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide impeccable service to create a memorable guest experience.
• Use seating software to provide accurate seating times.
• Communicate effectively with guests in person and by phone.
• Assist servers as needed.
• Maintain a polished, presentable appearance.
• Ensure tables and seating areas are clean.
• Assist bussers to keep tables ready for guests.
