Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant in Palm Beach, FL to oversee the pool area, provide information to residents, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires service orientation, teamwork, and basic cleaning and equipment checks.

The position is full-time with a schedule from Thursday to Sunday, 8:30am to 5pm, and includes comprehensive benefits. AEDT and compliance-related processes may apply to candidates. Familiarity with safety policies is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; College level courses in Hospitality desirable.
• Two or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Picks up debris and maintains basic cleaning.
• Check and report broken sports equipment for replacement.
• Work as a team member and be approachable to residents/guests.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
