Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Palm Beach, FL to oversee the pool area, announce safety guidelines, and ensure equipment is stocked for guest use. The role requires hospitality experience and a service-focused mindset, with an emphasis on guest relations and safety.

The position is full-time with a schedule of Thursday to Sunday, 8:30am–5pm. A high school diploma and 2+ years in hospitality are preferred, with potential for multilingual communication and strong customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.

• Picks up debris and performs basic cleaning.
• Check and maintain pool sports equipment.
