Auberge Collection is seeking a seasonal Pool Butler at Bishop’s Lodge in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role involves welcoming guests, maintaining pool comfort, and ensuring a positive poolside experience. Ideal for an individual passionate about hospitality, you'll be responsible for setting up seating, assisting guests, and monitoring conditions at the pool.

The ideal candidate should have previous guest service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and be flexible to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide a warm experience.
• Set up and maintain pool seating, including towels and umbrellas.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Assist with distributing towels and maintaining cleanliness.
• Monitor poolside conditions for safety and enjoyment.
• Support food and beverage service teams as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Uphold the service standards of Bishop’s Lodge.
