Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant in Palm Beach, FL. The role includes overseeing the pool area, making safety announcements, and maintaining equipment for guest use. Pay is $18/hr with a Thursday–Sunday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown of poolside activities, incident reporting, and delivering excellent guest service while adhering to safety policies. This is a full-time exempt position with benefits and potential travel for training.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for pool activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented guest experiences.
• Picks up debris and performs basic cleaning.
• Check and report equipment to ensure availability for guests.
• Work as part of a team and be approachable to residents/guests.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
