Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Proactively welcome pool area guests and offer services.

• Take food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Process final guest bill and handle payments via POS or cash.
• Keep pool area organized and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist guests with seating and amenity information.
• Enforce all pool area rules and ensure guest safety.
