Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is seeking a Pool Attendant to deliver attentive guest service while maintaining a safe, clean pool environment. You’ll help guests enjoy the poolside experience and support daily operations from setup to closure.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with excellent communication, ability to multitask outdoors, and a willingness to obtain CPR and Responsible Vendor certifications; prior guest-facing work is a plus. This role requires outdoor work and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Previous guest facing experience preferred.
• Physically able to maintain pool furniture and transport linen/bin storage.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain LACT Alcohol Certification (Responsible Vendor).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification (Training provided).
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana policies.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of pool and pool deck.
• Ensure use of facility by authorized guests and maintain pool attendance records.
• Maintain linen inventory – collect, deliver and receive linens from laundry; issue linens to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of pool furniture and report facilities issues.
• Ensure guest adherence to posted rules and regulations and take appropriate action.
• Maintain positive guest relations and adhere to service-related programs.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
