The Pool Server role at the Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach is part of Highgate Hotels L.P.'s hospitality operation. You will provide attentive, courteous service, take guest orders, and handle payments for a high-volume property in a lively resort district.

Evening shift availability is expected, and team members participate in required trainings, uphold appearance standards, and maintain consistent attendance per hotel policy. This position emphasizes service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of previous experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Evening shift availability.
• Adequate communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
• Patient in dealing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guests orders and collect payment.
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming and wear the proper uniform.
