Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of previous experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Evening shift availability.
• Adequate communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
• Patient in dealing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and collect payment.
• Attend hotel meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance according to hotel standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear proper uniform.
• Identify and help solve problems to improve productivity.
