Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Service Support Attendant for Tide Coastal Kitchen, a refined poolside retreat on the 10th floor. You will support the bar, dining room, and service teams to ensure smooth Food & Beverage operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will stock stations, assist with setup and service, deliver food to tables, and help keep areas clean and safe while maintaining Omni standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in food runner, dining room attendant, barback, or similar food & beverage support role preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Strong customer service, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in high-volume and high-pressure environments.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service support across food and beverage outlets, as assigned based on business needs.
• Assists with bar, dining room, and service area setup, opening, closing, and breakdown.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout service periods.
• Stocks bar and service stations to established par levels, including glassware, beverages, and supplies.
• Maintains clean glassware, service ware, and equipment as needed.
• Supports bartenders and servers by responding promptly to operational and service needs.
