Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef.
• Ensure kitchen and equipment are in good working order.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
