Job summary

Financecolombia in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Cook to support the Executive Chef and the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume dining venue. You will assist with a wide range of cooking techniques—frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming—while ensuring equipment is clean, safe, and ready for use.

Your duties include maintaining cold food stock, upholding sanitation standards, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation under the guidance of senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and team with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment; uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Support chefs in food preparation and ensure all cold items are stocked and area remains in good order.
