Job summary

Financecolombia is seeking a Cook to support the Executive Chef and Room Chef in a busy Las Vegas kitchen. You will assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, and plating, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You’ll help keep equipment in good working order, stock cold items, and ensure the area stays orderly. Experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, and you must be able to obtain any necessary work documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports the Executive Chef and Room Chef; helps cook, fry, sauté, carve, broil, grill, and steam meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock cold items; ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
