Job summary

Financecolombia in Las Vegas is seeking a Description Cook to support the Executive Chef and kitchen team. The cook assists with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and more, while keeping stations clean and stocked.

You will help maintain safety and sanitation standards, support high-volume service, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
• Demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef and Room Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Keep kitchen area clean and ensure cold items are stocked and equipment is in good working order
