City of Tucson seeks an Administrative Assistant for the City Clerk Department to manage city records, coordinate meetings, and assist with municipal elections for legal compliance and transparency.
The role involves customer service, processing public requests, and preparing official documents under supervision. Required: notary within 12 months; strong Microsoft Office skills and OnBase proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tucson, AZ.

The highest-scoring applicants will be invited to attend an in-person screening panel interview. Applicants who reside outside the State of Arizona may request a virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Interviews will be held on October 26 and 27, 2026.
The City of Tucson does not provide VISA sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment. Relocation expenses will not be provided for this position. Candidates are responsible for all costs associated with relocating to the Tucson area, if applicable.
