As the Automotive Fleet Coordinator in the Office Services Section of the Bureau of Administrative Services, you will oversee the Central Office Vehicle reservation process through the department's online platform and in-person requests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the vehicles' overall condition by scheduling routine maintenance, conducting annual inspections, checking for damages, and ensuring cleanliness, while addressing any concerns that arise. Additionally, you will be tasked with procuring essential items for the fleet, such as emergency road kits, ice scrapers, and windshield washer fluid. This role necessitates regular walks to the parking areas within the Capitol Complex to inspect and clean vehicles, as well as transporting them for servicing or washing.
