Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
  • Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
  • Must have physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
  • Ability to work outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
  • Be dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver and detail oriented.
  • Pass a drug screen & background check.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance, testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters.
  • Remove debris from pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee general upkeep of all pool equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees to best serve the customer.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and keep jobsites clean.
  • Maintain accurate records & company forms.
