Job summary

Leslie's in Frisco, TX is seeking a Pool Technician to service residential and commercial pools on a weekly route. The role includes testing water quality, balancing chemicals, backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, and ensuring pool area safety and cleanliness.

You will communicate with customers and supervisors, maintain records, and uphold high standards of professionalism and service. Training is available for candidates with strong reliability and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Must have physical ability to lift 50+ lb.
• Ability to work outside for long periods in extreme temperatures.
• Be dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver and detail oriented.
• Pass a drug screen & background check.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance including testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and similar tasks.
• Remove debris from pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee general pool equipment upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and colleagues to best serve the customer.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean job sites.
• Maintain accurate records & company forms.
