Job summary

Leslie's, Inc. in Wayne, PA is seeking a Pool Technician responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools and spas, ensuring water quality and safety rules are followed.

You will keep pool areas clean and help customers with basic service tasks. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to work outdoors, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Pool experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lb.
• Ability to work outside for long periods in extreme temperatures.
• Be dependable, reliable, responsive, problem solver and detail oriented.
• Pass a drug screen & background check.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool route each week with regular pool maintenance which includes testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool sanitation levels, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other similar activities.
• Remove debris from pool surface and floor, balance chemicals, and oversee the general upkeep of all pool equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees in order to best serve the customer.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and maintain clean jobsites.
• Maintain accurate records & company forms.
