Puddle Pools is seeking an energetic Pool Service Technician to join our team in Wisconsin. You will perform pool and water feature maintenance, ensure high quality service, and work closely with clients to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Completing pool services for customers on pools, hot tubs, or other water features
• Organizing and managing equipment for daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing Puddle Pools in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
• Driving the van to and from each job and planning the job site
• Owning marketing around each job site

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing pool services for customers on their pools, hot tubs, or other water features
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of labor or customer service experience
• Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry is a bonus!
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
• Driver's license is required
