Puddle Pools is hiring an experienced Pool Technician in Miami, FL to join our fast-growing team. You will perform a full, comprehensive checklist on pools and hot tubs, balance water chemistry, and troubleshoot equipment while maintaining detailed electronic records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional pool cleaning or maintenance experience.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pool and hot tub cleaning: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying and cleaning baskets, filter maintenance, salt cell cleaning.
• Test and balance water chemistry using Taylor test kit.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and call for backup when needed.
• Keep detailed records and complete e-reports in company software after every visit.
• Maintain branded company van clean and organized; bonuses for interior cleaning.
• Provide friendly, professional service and communicate clearly with customers and managers.
• Drive branded company vehicle safely to and from locations on schedule.
• Represent Puddle Pools well; encourage referrals and positive reviews.

You show up on time, every time. Our techs are on the road no later 8am, gassed up, batteries charged, supplies stocked, and tools cleaned. Customers can set their watch by us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform thorough pool and hot tub cleaning: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying and cleaning skimmer and pump baskets, filter maintenance, and salt cell cleaning.Green to cleans, spa refreshes, and minor repairs.

Test and balance water chemistry using proper techniques with Taylor test kit.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation systems) and know when to call it in for backup.

Keep detailed records and complete e-reports in our company software after every visit.

Ability to clean and maintain commercial pools, hot tubs, and water features.

Keep the branded company van clean and organized. Bonuses for washing inside and out.

Provide friendly, professional service, communicate clearly with customers and answer their questions.

Drive branded company vehicle safely to and from customer locations, on schedule.

Represent Puddle Pools well in the community and help us grow because referrals, reviews, and a great attitude go a long way.

Takes the initiative to market to neighboring customers to add to the route when the opportunity presents itself. Bonuses for referrals that sign on, and great google reviews.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of professional pool cleaning or maintenance experience required.

Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

Reliable and punctual, consistent start times are non-negotiable.

Strong communicator who proactively flags problems instead of sitting on them.

Hands‑on knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and cleaning techniques.

Ability to operate basic mobile apps/software for job tracking and reporting.

Physically able to bend, lift (50+ lbs), and work outdoors in Florida weather, rain or shine.

Compensation

Competitive Pay based on experience starting at $25 - $30 /hour + incentive bonuses
