Pool Technician - Summary

Position: Pool Technician (Full-time)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning, including vacuuming, brushing, netting, and emptying baskets during each visit.
• Conduct thorough water chemistry testing and ensure proper chemical balance for safe pool usage.
• Inspect and monitor pool equipment, promptly reporting any issues or maintenance needs to both clients and office staff.
• Carry out minor repairs as needed, maintain cleanliness of the shop, and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain a regular schedule, servicing approximately 50-60 pools per week.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, addressing their pool maintenance concerns and providing updates as necessary.
• Adhere to company protocols and safety standards at all times.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive weekly pay, with starting rates from $800 to $1000 per week (pre-tax) based on experience and performance.
