Job summary

Splashworks Total Pool Management is seeking a dependable Pool Service Technician to maintain residential and commercial pools across Ocala and surrounding areas. You will skim, brush, vacuum, balance chemicals, inspect equipment, and perform minor repairs, reporting to the Service Manager.

No heavy experience required; we will train the right candidate. A valid driver’s license, good communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pool service or maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools
• Check and adjust chemical levels to ensure water is balanced and safe for swimming
• Inspect and clean pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
• Troubleshoot and repair minor pool equipment issues
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
