Responsibilities and Duties

Essential functions of the position include:

• Following up and securing new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, and chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service, and chemically treat pools.
• Reviewing paperwork and records thoroughly.
• Monitoring and controlling individual inventory.
• Maintaining a profitable pool maintenance route.
• Learning different filter systems and operations.
• Learning proper pool maintenance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

Position qualifications and requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience maintaining a pool route.
• High standards for work quality and professional image.
• Ability to communicate politely and complete work timely and accurately.
• Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions when safe.
• Valid driver’s license in Texas with a clean driving record.
• Strict adherence to road signs, driving rules, and regulations, demonstrating safe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Applicants to be 18 years or older.
• High stamina for physical labor, including working in heat and adverse weather.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, stretch, and climb regularly.
