Job summary

Pinch A Penny in Spring (Warle Corp) is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Spring, TX location. The role involves supervising staff, daily operations, sales, and customer service to drive store performance.

You will open/close the store, manage records, stock, and merchandising, and coordinate pool service scheduling and invoicing as needed. Requires hands-on leadership and knowledge of pool products.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and supplies.
• High school diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and staff in a Pinch-A-Penny store.
• Open and close the store; maintain daily sales records and register accuracy.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are set, and cleanliness is maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and promote a positive work environment.
• Train and develop store staff; implement strategies to increase sales.
• Assist with stock management and administrative tasks related to pool service/repairs.
