Poolcorp's Pinch A Penny Scottsdale store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead the sales floor toward an outstanding customer experience. This role provides shift leadership, coaching, and ensures merchandising, cash handling, and safety standards are followed.

You will open/close, balance registers, and generate daily reports. Candidates should have retail and customer service experience, be 21+, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift

Responsibilities

• Supports Store Manager in daily store operations and team performance.
• Serves as Manager-on-Duty as needed, including opening/closing the store.
• Assists with cash handling, deposits, daily reporting, and register balancing.
• Provides product expertise and assists customers; escalates complex issues as needed.
