Job summary

Village Realty is seeking a Pool & Spa Technician to care for pools and spas at vacation rental properties. You will perform seasonal opening and winterization, maintenance, and service calls to keep facilities clean, safe, and guest-ready.

Join a team coordinating with property management and guest services to ensure safety and guest satisfaction. Experience in pool maintenance is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift 10 pounds or more.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around wet surfaces, pool chemicals, and slippery areas.
• Must be able to perform essential functions safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, spas, and surrounding areas.
• Test and maintain water chemistry (chlorine/sanitizer, pH, alkalinity).
• Vacuum, skim, brush, and clean pools and spas; maintain filters.
