Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a reliable Hot Tub Technician to service and maintain hot tubs across multiple vacation rental properties. You’ll travel between sites daily, performing routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure guest-ready spas.

The role emphasizes independent work, problem solving, and a commitment to high standards of care for all properties. Weekends or holidays may be required in this hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, vacation rental maintenance preferred.
• Experience with water chemistry recommended.
• Comfort with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hot tubs and spas to ensure guest readiness.
• Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and maintenance.
• Test and balance water chemistry to company standards.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Document service records and coordinate with teams as needed.
• Travel between multiple properties daily to perform tasks.
