We are seeking experienced Pool & Spa Service Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on recurring service needs, maintenance calls, and property requirements, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Responsibilities Include

• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance (cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, brushing)
• Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and clean conditions
• Inspect and service pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, valves)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure pools and spas are properly maintained for homeowners, tenants, or listings
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates
