Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is hiring a Laminator for Seminole, OK on-site manufacturing. You will apply resin and materials using a hand roller, ensure adhesion, and manage trimming to meet tolerances. The role requires coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly with continuous workflow.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility to accommodate production schedule changes, overtime, and shifting priorities.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods throughout the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Roll fiberglass and resin composite materials to required specifications and quality standards.
• Use MIL gauge to verify material thickness and compliance with production requirements.
• Trim pool copings and excess materials to meet specified dimensions.
• Gather and stage all materials required for shell production.
• Place reinforcements and core materials per design and process requirements.
• Inspect and prepare parts prior to layup to ensure surfaces meet quality standards.
• Lay woven mat and core materials accurately and efficiently.
• Complete required quality assurance forms and production documentation.
• Read, understand, and follow SDS/SOPs.
