About The Role

As our Pool Service Technician, you'll be the expert our clients depend on to keep their pools in perfect condition. You'll manage your own service route, building relationships with 40-55 customers weekly while ensuring their pools are clean, properly balanced, and functioning at peak performance. This hands-on role offers a competitive flat rate plus commission structure, with opportunities for additional income through specialized services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pool Maintenance

• Service 40-55 residential pools weekly on your dedicated route
• Clean pool surfaces, skim debris, and vacuum pool floors
• Test and adjust water chemistry levels (pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, chlorine)
• Add chemicals to maintain optimal water quality and clarity
• Clean and maintain pool filters and pumps
• Inspect pool equipment functionality, including heaters, lights, and motors
• Diagnose and repair minor equipment issues (bags, baskets, O-rings)
• Perform additional specialized work for extra compensation (plumbing, electrical)

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent service to pool owners
• Educate customers on proper pool maintenance practices
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns

Safety

• Follow all safety regulations and procedures
• Handle chemicals safely and responsibly
• Maintain clean and organized service vehicle

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Perform frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling throughout workday

Qualifications

• Possess previous experience in pool service or related fields
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and repair skills
• Show familiarity with pool maintenance tools and equipment
• Exhibit team-player attitude with willingness to handle diverse tasks
• Display strong customer service mindset
• Show enthusiasm for joining a growing company

Schedule

• Flexible full-time schedule - primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work for additional earning opportunities
