Job summary

Shoreline Pools on Cape Cod is seeking a reliable Pool Service Technician to maintain swimming pools and related equipment. You will perform routine cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and basic repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in pool service or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry and filtration systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean pools by skimming debris, Vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles.
• Test water chemistry and balance chemical levels.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Identify issues requiring additional service or replacement.
• Maintain service records and report to customers or supervisors.
• Operate company vehicles and transport tools and chemicals safely.
• Follow safety procedures for pool chemicals and equipment.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at each site.
