Coastal Pools in Queenstown, MD is hiring a Pool Service Technician I. You’ll learn residential pool maintenance from seasoned technicians, working outdoors on a full‑time schedule and building a long‑term career with a growing team. No pool experience is required.

We offer hands‑on training, positive growth, and opportunities to advance. Expect physical outdoor work, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a Maryland driver’s license as part of joining Coastal Pools.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Do: Learn residential pool maintenance and service under experienced technicians.
• No pool experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all seasons.
• Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and filter maintenance.
• Test and balance pool water using proper chemical procedures.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool equipment.
• Assist with seasonal pool openings, closings, and winterization.
• Handle, transport, and store pool chemicals safely.
• Complete service reports and customer notes using the CRM system.
• Report equipment concerns to the Service Manager.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at every home.

• Communicate concerns or equipment issues to the Service Manager.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at every home.
